~Combine 8 oz. Cream Cheese, with Chopped Green Onions and 1 T. of the Jalapeno Sauce.
~Tenderize and flatten 10 pork slices
~Apply Cream Cheese filling on Pork slices and roll up.
~Wrap with bacon and secure with skewer. (pro tip! Soak your skewers for 2 hours before cooking to prevent burning)
~Place BBQ Bacon Bombs on medium High Coals, turn every 3-5 minutes
~Repeatedly Baste with Miss Helene's Black Maple Sauce.
~Cook BBQ Bacon Bombs 20-25 minutes over coals until internal temperature reaches 145 F
~Let Rest For 3 minutes.
