Suggested Ingredients Approx 2 kg (or 4 1/2 lbs) of Pork or Beef Ribs 2 cups Kraft® Original BBQ Sauce (or your favourite BBQ sauce) 1/4 cup Miss Hélène’s Black Maple Sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp crushed garlic 2 tsp mustard powder 1/2 cup Miss Hélène’s Kentucky Bourbon Sauce sea salt and cracked pepper (to taste)
Keep aside Kentucky Bourbon sauce, salt and pepper. Mix the remaining ingredients together into one sauce, combine well.
Cut ribs apart and place in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Brush ribs liberally with the sauce mixture and then drizzle with half of the Kentucky Bourbon Sauce. The trick to ribs where meat just falls right off the bone is to slow roast them at a low temperature.
TO BAKE: Preheat oven to 300°F. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Turn ribs over and brush with more of the sauce mixture. Drizzle lightly with more Kentucky Bourbon Sauce. Continue baking for another 30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven.
TO BBQ or GRILL: Preheat BBQ to 300°F. Grill ribs for approx 15-20 minutes. Turn the ribs over and brush with the sauce mixture. Drizzle lightly with Kentucky Bourbon Sauce. Continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes or until done. Remove from grill.
Drizzle with Kentucky Bourbon Sauce when serving.
